Impact case studies/Key research (in ottica VQR):
- Bioprinting. Organizzazione di una serie di workshops (http://www-2.unipv.it/compmech/bioprinting/meetings_events.html) presso il nostro ateneo che hanno consolidato a livello nazionale una comunità significativa di biologici, bioingegneri, chimici e altre figure professionale intorno al tema del bioprinting. Questa attività ha anche portato all’organizzazione di una winter school (http://bioprintingwinterschool.unipv.it);
- Brevetto dal titolo “Metodo per la simulazione delle variazioni coronariche e/o per la valutazione del rischio di ischemia miocardica” basato sull’uso delle simulazioni biomeccaniche nell’ambito cardiaco. Il brevetto è basato su una collaborazione di ricerca con la cardiochirurgia del Policlinico San Donato di Milano.
